The School of Computer, Data & Information Sciences was featured in the Winter 2023 issue of On Wisconsin due to the rapid growth of our Computer Sciences and Data Science majors.
Over the last 20 years, the number of Computer Sciences majors has grown at more than 800%. The Data Science major is rapidly growing as well and holds a place as one of UW’s top five majors alongside Computer Sciences, Psychology, Economics, and the Finance, Investment, and Banking major.
