Badgers for Good is a one day designathon where interdisciplinary teams using human-centered design methods will explore problems and create practical digital solution concepts. This event is sponsored by the School of Computer, Data & Information Sciences and co-hosted by Design Interactive and the UX Club.

 

For Students

Students from all majors and design experience levels are welcome. Participants will work in teams, learn structured problem-solving and design methods, and collaborate directly with a nonprofit partner. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build portfolio-ready work, and connect with peers, mentors, and professionals in a fun and supportive environment.

For Nonprofit Partners

Share a digital experience challenge that’s important to your organization, and student teams will develop fresh ideas and simple solution concepts you can build on. Participation is free and the time commitment is designed to be manageable. Email leah.ujda@wisc.edu to learn more!
