With the goal of passing on wisdom to the next generation of entrepreneurs, The Innovators’ Tribune recently interviewed the School of Computer, Data & Information Sciences’ Founding Director Tom Erickson. In addition to discussing his career in computer science, technology and higher education, Erickson also shared insight from his life experiences.
Erikson’s mentality of “just say yes” has served him well. After finishing up his undergraduate career at UW–Madison, he went on to work in four different countries, travel to 78, and grow a digital experience platform business into a multi-million dollar company. Erikson’s story is an inspiration to current and future generations of badgers who may not know exactly where they want to go in life.
