MADISON, Wis. — U.S. Cyber Command selected UW to join its new cybersecurity education initiative, officials announced Monday. The Academic Engagement Network, created earlier this month, is designed to prepare students to assist CYBERCOM in advancing information networks and withstanding cyberattacks.
